We guarantee the puppy for one year from the date of birth to be free from life threatening genetic defects and to be healthy at the time of purchase. If any life threatening genetic defects becomes apparent within the one year the puppy needs to be returned immediately at the expense of the buyer. Buyer must provide a signed statement from a licensed veterinarian along with a signed copy of this contract. Puppy must be returned unaltered. We will take the puppy for a second opinion if both veterinarians are in agreement the puppy will be replaced with one of the same color and gender as soon as one becomes available. All AKC papers must be returned with the puppy and transferred back to Spencer Mountain Cavalier King Charles Spaniels owner. The seller is at no time responsible for veterinary costs and/or cost of shipping the puppy. The buyer must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of being picked up or delivered. Failure to have the examination means you accept the puppy as healthy and fulfilling all your expectations.
You must continue vaccinations at 9, 12 and 16 weeks. Worming puppies needs to be done per your vet’s recommendation.
Although we try to predict the size, quality and mature coloring, and breeding ability of our puppies we cannot guarantee these attributes.
We love our babies very much and are part of our everyday life so for any reason you cannot keep your puppy please contact us. We cannot refund the original purchase price but we will take them back and find them a good home. If puppy is returned for any reason the buyer must pay shipping fee back to the seller.
